The Delphi Half Marathon & 10km takes you on a breathtaking journey from County Mayo to the heart of Connemara, along valleys, mountains, waterfalls, and Ireland’s only fjord Killary Fjord.

The Half Marathon starts at Glenkeen Farm, Mayo on a point-to-point route that finishes in Leenane, Connemara. It is a mostly downhill route with a few gentle rises and competitors enjoying fjordside running with mountains on one side and Atlantic waters on the other.

The 10km is a shorter version of the Half Marathon that starts just beyond Delphi, Mayo and finishes in Leenane. It is mostly downhill and flowing, ideal for all levels.

A shuttle bus service will run from Leenane to the race start on the morning of the event. Please arrive early and allow time for boarding.

The Delphi Half Marathon and 10K take runners through some of Ireland’s most stunning west coast scenery from Delphi to Leenane, along valleys, waterfalls, and the shores of Killary Fjord. The route offers a mix of rolling terrain and fast, flowing roads surrounded by mountains and sea views. Designed for all levels, it combines pure Wild Atlantic beauty with the energy and challenge of Connemara’s landscape, a race you’ll remember long after the finish line.
