We are renowned for our seafood, with many of our lobsters and oysters freshly caught within sight of your table side window. We use the best of local Irish meat, fish & farm produce, with herbs, vegetables & flowers often coming from our own organic garden at the back of the hotel.
Your hosts and chefs are Stéphane & Monique Bauvet, who personally supervise the restaurant and ensure the select wine list pleases the highest of tastes.
