• 12:00 pm – Tour of Connemara Smokehouse
• 1:00 pm – Mike Tweedy cooks an Oyster Teriyaki, Cucumber Relish, Sesame Seed and Frozen Oyster and Exmoor caviar
• 2:00 pm – Shane Regan, D’Arcy 12 – Surf & Turf of an Dooncastle Oyster Emulsion with a Connemara Lamb Tartare, followed by Local Sustainable Pollock, Cleggan Crab Risotto & a crispy Oyster
• 3:00 pm – Paula Stakelum, Ashford.Castle combines Oysters and Chocolate!
• 4:00 pm – Tim O’Sullivan of Renvyle House Hotel cooks Surf & Turf Wild Atlantic Way Style
• 4:30 pm – Connemara Organic Seaweed Company demos a selection of seaweeds
