Connemara Ireland - Connemara Rough Diamond Funventure

The Connemara Rough Diamond Adventure Race is a mix of biking, trail & mountain running with a challenging assault course & human steeplechase right on the beach.

The West Coast of Ireland is the perfect outdoor playground and you’ll find everything that makes the outdoors an enjoyable experience. Prepare for an adventure through an ever changing landscape of majestic mountains, spectacular beaches, the wild Atlantic, mist covered lakes, pre-historic bogs, and shady glens.

The camping and parking is free and this event is open to everyone, anyone can take part and no experience of adventure events is required.  You can enter on a solo mission or challenge your friends and make it a team event.
