Connemara Triathlon
Olympic and Sprint distance triathlon deep in the rugged beauty of connemara.
Swim in Killary Fjord, cycle and run through deep valleys and along the unspoiled coastline of Connemara
Both distances start with a swim in the clean deep blue water of Killary Fjord. The cycle routes follow the Connemara coast passing lakes, stunning beaches and small Connemara villages. Both distances finish with a run through the village of Leenane towards Maam, with steep mountains rising either side of you. The finish is located in the picturesque village of Leenane.
The race starts at Nancy’s Point on the shores of Killary Fjord approximately 3km from Leenane Village.
